Ana Alice Baptista, principal investigator (Portuguese side)
Ana Alice Baptista is an assistant professor at the Information Systems Department and a researcher at ALGORITMI Center, both at University of Minho, Portugal. She graduated in computer engineering and has a PhD on Information Systems and Technologies. She is the current chair of the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI) and she also chairs the DCMI Education & Outreach Committee. She is a member of the Elpub conference series Executive Committee. She participated in several R&D projects and she was an evaluator of project proposals under FP7. Her main areas of interest include Metadata, Linked Data and the Open Movement both under their technological and social perspectives.

Mariana Curado Malta, investigator
Mariana Curado Malta is an assistant professor at the Information Systems Department and a researcher at CEOS.PP Center, both at ISCAP – Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal. She is also a colaborator at ALORITMI Center, at University of Minho, Portugal. She has been a post-doc at the ERC research project POSTDATA in Madrid, Spain from Sept 2016 to February 2018. She is a member of the Dublin Core community and was for 2 times the scientific chair of the International Conferences of Dublin Core and Metadata Applications. Her main areas of interest include Metadata, Linked (Open) Data -LOD, and metadata application profiles development. She is very much interested in the application of the technologies of LOD to the Social and Solidarity Economy or informal economy as it is called in India.

Pedro Ribeiro, investigator
Pedro Ribeiro is an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems at Minho University, where he teaches software project management and software engineering. He has a degree in computer and systems engineering, an MSc in informatics, and a PhD in information systems (PhD thesis in project management and process improvement), all from the University of Minho, Portugal. He is a researcher in Algoritmi Center at the University of Minho and was responsible for various lectures and author of several publications in the area of project management.  His scientific interests include project management, software requirements management, and software quality. He is a researcher in Project P25: IGPM—Integrated Global Project Management of Industrialization Projects from the Program Innovative Car HMI, Bosch–University of Minho.

Animesh Dutta, principal investigator (Indian side)
Dr. Animesh Dutta is a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science & Engineering in 2002 and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Operation Research in 2006, both from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur. He completed his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University Kolkata in the year 2013. Since 2007, he has been a regular faculty member in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at NIT Durgapur. He is an active researcher in the area of Agent & Multi Agent Based Modeling of Socio Economic phenomenon, Big Data Analysis, Semantic and Linked Data Technology etc. He completed 12 M.Tech/PhD research projects. He is the Principal Investigator/co-Investigator of several national and International research projects.

Ananya Kanjilal, investigator
Ananya Kanjilal is an Associate Professor and presently the head of the department of Computer Science & Engineering in B. P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, Kolkata, India. She graduated in Electrical Engineering and thereafter joined the IT industry working with several international clients in USA and Australia before joining academics. She completed her Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University and was a visiting post doctoral researcher at the Program Analysis and Mining group at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her research interests include Requirement Engineering, Software Modeling and Analysis, Verification & Testing and Predictive analytics.
